Application Assistance Appointment – Front Door for Families

Front Door for Families offers our clients help with applications to Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, and Covered California.

Please note, we provide assistance with completing applications, we cannot submit the application for you. You must submit completed applications in-person at Mendocino County Social Services, or online at BenefitsCal.com.

We offer in-person and phone call appointments. Please provide us with the following information:
